The Elizabeth City Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which accepts donations and funds from estates, wills, corporations, and individuals.  All funds are held in trust, subject to the donor's wishes.  Donations of $100,000 or more allow the donor to create a named trust fund.  Memorial and honorary donations may also be made to the Foundation.  Notifications are sent to family members of memorial and honorary donations.
