Welcome to the Elizabeth City Foundation. We have been serving the Elizabeth City community for over five decades. The Elizabeth City Foundation is a private foundation operating as a trust for donated funds. The Foundation is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors dedicated to improving Elizabeth City and the surrounding communities. The Foundation's community grant programs and student scholarships are designed to help those in need. We do not require that you belong to any particular religious affiliation or financially support our organization in any way. We do ask that you return one good deed with another and perform an act of kindness. This way, the cycle of compassion and goodwill will continue in the Elizabeth City area.
